Every year I've had Ameren since 2020 I lose power for several hours or even days whenever a storm occurs especially in the summer. Since that year there hasn't been a summer I've had power every day. It's mainly just two streets in my city. No matter what if there's wind over 15 mph my street and the next street over loses power. While the whole rest of the city doesn't. I literally have to look at my neighbors with power while I don't have it at least 5 times every summer since 2020.

Claimed loss: My entire billing for the summer since 2020

Desired outcome: I have no faith in improved service since there required service that has no alternative so my happiness isn't requirement for them to keep business so it doesn't matter. The Illinois way.
