Stopped at servo on 3rd october, 10 am approx.
Took fuel and used facilities,
Very Poor < Plenty of money spent on outlet bu none on tolet.
1 Combined Male/female one only.
Smelly
Not clean
Toilet paper dispenser broken
Hand dryer, old rusty and didnt work
No paper towel
Soap dispenser was full and Ok
very poor standard for a large company?
Just feed back for you as attendant just said lodge a complaint on line so probably plenty of complaints but none registered?
Previous person said same thing about facilities.
