I want to make a complain against a staff member working at self check out whose name is Elliot. I was trying to claim a wine glasses with my points so I asked how can I claim it and he told me to scan the item so I did. The price was $35 dollars so I said how many points do I need to claim it. In an insulting way he answered $35dollars instead explaining to me ina nice and proper way of claiming the item. He repeatedly told $35 dollars...$35 dollars and he was swearing(what the [censored]ing...).
