Coles Supermarkets Australia

My wife shops at Coles Waverly Gardens 3-4 times a week and spends up to $40 to$50 each time never had an issue anyone from the store, except today, I was waiting at the coffee shop waiting there so we could have lunch when my wife was having a tug a war with a worker saying she wasn't allowed to exit with the basket and it was only 10 metres away from me, really this is how ones treated after buying stuff from Coles, this is not the way to treat your customers.
Not shopping at Coles again nor will my family members either I'll be passing it to them too.
