in October my account showed that a flight ticket was transacted twice. Barclays failed to address the matter. to the point of telling me that it was internal and i could not see the duplicate transaction... of course i could see it. I am missing Money from my account. What do you think. I am still awaiting for the fraud complaint and how Barclays premier can balance their books if i am missing money from my account for a duplicate airline ticket payment. STILL when i phone to establish what they are doing. i have no reply. I opened a business account and still a year on and they have not addressed where the account is and the number of that account. over 20 years a client and this is how i am treated. they are a failing bank
Recommendation: OH NOT EVEN .... THE STAFF HAVE NO INTEGRITY AS THEY WILL BE PAID EVERY MONTH! LO CRADLE TO GRAVE.
