My girlfriend and I decided to get a burger at BK last night because it sounded good and noticed hardly no one was there. We pulled up to the drive through and noticed that the speaker and order screen were not in proper working order. After a few moments of explaining on what we were ordering the gentleman worker asked us to pull forward to the window because he himself knew that the order speaker was not in the best condition. He apologized and we confirmed our order again, we paid and waited patiently as we noticed that there were two female workers in there with him that completely ignored us and their jobs causing the male worker that we were speaking to do all the work. One female worker was not dressed properly as if she just came in to the job from home and still in her pajamas, she rolled her eyes at him as he asked her for help completing our order and she said that she was getting no where near the widow complaining that it was 30 degrees outside when it was only 65. she then refused to help him as she poured herself a drink from the soda machine and walked away giving us a dirty glare and with a very bad attitude, she also asked another female worker to go with her and leave it all to the male worker as he kept asking for help. He had to do everything working the window, the cash register, serving the drinks, the cooking and working the order speaker, he apologized multiple times as he told us he had to make everything on our order. We told him it's okay to take his time as he looked and sounded very nervous and embarrassed. My girlfriend and I could not believe our eyes as we watched this poor guy do all the work that a team should do, he came back and apologized once more as he said he just got the fries ready. All the while the other two ladies did nothing but sit in the dining area talking to one another. As he was getting ready to hand us our order we heard him shout out to the two female workers that "Hey I need help there are two more vehicles parking in the drive through" yet we noticed that they never cared to help nor even reply to him as if he was talking to himself. It was sad to watch as he did his job like he was supposed to do and also do their job, as we were driving away we could still see the other two female workers sitting in the dining area trying to hide from him and their work and one looked like she was sleeping at a table with her grey hoodie up hiding her face while the other one was on her phone with her feet up on a table not caring about the poor guy asking for help or the job. It was the first time at this location that we had ever seen such horrible service and employees ever. The reason I am writing this is not because of the Male worker he did nothing wrong it is because of those two lazy, careless, sloppy, unprofessional and irresponsible female workers just getting money while not doing a thing making the burger king company look bad. Please contact the store manager at the location and have them view the camera footage to see the proof of this, this is not right to have one person do all the work while the other employees do nothing and get paid for freely for it! makes The Burger King look bad and the area near a very popular environment!
IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP along with their speaker order box.

I went to burger king that's located on rt30 off Pennsylvania Ave wasn't to satisfy with service, I went through the drive thru place an order, such as three of 10pc chicken nuggets and medium coffee . The yong man that was at the second window that gives the customer the food wasn't too friendly, unprofessional, was very mouthy and the manager that was taken the orders was very pushy, she was litterality rushing me to place my order wasn't too fast for her, she asked me what type of sauce I wanted, I was checking with my fiancee to see what kind of sauce he wanted that's when I was being rushed.
the drive thru in the kaiser, oregon burger king location is super dark and unlit
Hi,
I drive a Cadillac and when I went thru the Drive-thru Burger King last week the curb is not noticeable, it is so dark, unlit and one cannot see to pull forward after ordering your curb damaged my front driver's side chrome rim. There is nothing there indicating a curb is there to ruin your wheels and I think that you need to have better lighting. I am not sure what it will cost me to repair the damage, but something needs to be done.

over charging for food
Just a heads up to everyone in SM. The Burger King on Pico and 20th doesn't feel they have to give you the sales price unless you ask for it! That seems like bad business and skeazy business practices. I only noticed after I got home. I guess I should have checked my credit card at the time. Still trying to get satisfaction 6 calls and no follow up or response?
Many retailers require you to mention promotions or coupons in order to receive the discounts. Have you tried bringing your receipt back to the location you purchased the food at?
out of whopper meat
Order 2 whoppers at 11:14 she says its gonna be 20 minute wait I said OK . Got to the window like 15 min later, 4 cars in front of me were waited on I pull up yo window the little rude horrible attitude lady opens the window says were outta whopper meat we've been slammed, I couldn't believe it I sat in line for nothing what kind of people do you have working for you that couldn't have at least tried to let me know. Was no 2 whoppers for 6 bucks, I'm really very irritated
Burger king scam to get you to their store and then they tell you the whopper is not available . Not once but twice in two weeks .On top of that they tell you the whole area is out of whoppers. Is this false advertising when you can not order the special for two weeks.And it is for a limited time only?
Do you have any specific examples of how she was a "little rude horrible attitude lady?"
food was wrong and cold
First, my order was wrong even after I corrected the cashier. I was given nuggets instead of the 2 chicken sandwiches I ordered. I had to drive all the way back after I was assured everything was in the bag so now the food went from lukewarm to ice cold. Basically all of that was a waste of $23.56-not to mention the gas it took to get there twice!
not receiving my fries and drinks.
I went in the drive through tonight in Socorro, N.M. I was lied to and told there was, no fris, we saw them cooking in the background inside. They also forgot my little kids juice boxes. I've been to this one restauant a couple times in the last few months. Everytime I am created by laughter, and lies. I feel as if I'm purposely being picked, on here and I'm tired of it. If nothing is done to solve this, I will go to the Better Business Bureau.
It's quite the leap to assume that they are treating you poorly on purpose. Forgetting the juice boxes was probably a mistake, and when they said there were no fries, they probably meant there were no fries ready at the time. You don't have any evidence to show that they are purposely and specifically targeting you.
I'm not sure what resolution you expect from the Better Business Bureau. You haven't lost any money (at least you do not mention this in your complaint) so besides an apology there is nothing to do for you. If you decide to go back, consider asking for a supervisor next time if you feel offended. You could call the location as well. Typically the BBB expects you to make a level of effort as well.

On 11/18/17 my 73 year old friend was denied the use of the ladies room, also the assistant store manger Gregg Carter proceeded to verbally abuse me and my guest and throw the broom around in a threatening manner, because we were sitting four in a booth. Then on the following day while again on 11/19/17 while we sat down on the Popeyes side to enjoy a chicken dinner, my 73 year old friend was denied the use of the ladies room with the excuse that Popeyes customers don't have a bathroom. Then following this incident the Spanish cashier by the name of Stanley proceeded to harasses us further and tell us that both of these two employees hate M F homeless people to the point that I had to call the police. This is not the first incident with this assistant store manager of having a nasty, filthy mouth and a racial attitude towards all customers.

On November 20, 2017 @ 1:04PM I was order 66.
At the drive-thru I ordered the 2 Whopper Special. I ordered one Whopper with NO katchup and NO onion. The second was ordered as a Whopper with cheese with NO ketchup and NO mayo. What I ended up getting was a Whopper with ONLY ketchup and mayo, and a Whopper with cheese with everything except ketchup. I spoke to the associate thru the speaker twice to confirm my order was correct. Of course, as my luck would have it the screen at the drive-thru was not working, which did not allow me to visually verify my order correctness. Why is the screen not working? If it were working, then this complaint would never have been. I do not want any coupon for food. What I want is to fix this shortfall and prevent these situations in the future.

incorrect order
We went to the Burger King #23185 and they messed up our order. We ordered two whoppers, 1 order of onion rings and a small sprite. One of the whoppers was free with the survey code. When we got home there was one whopper, 1 order of onion rings, the sprite & a small fry. We called to complain and rhe man on the phone kept saying our order was correct. He wasn't going to do anything to fix this error. We are not going there again after being treated as if everything was our fault.

I visited burger king kalayaan branch and the staff and manger incharge dont know what is the burger king standard and the burger king have it your way slogan the nme of the manger was jason coles he told me that if i ask for a heavy tomato added on chicken royal it shoulf be 2 tomato as far as i know the standart if it is requested to have a heavy tomato on a chickwn royal it should be 3 slices of tomato and the manager said the burger king philippine was purchased by jolibee that is so wierd ithis is the worst customer expirience i have encountered specially i work for bk in qatar so i know what the standard is i haope you will take time to hve the branch and the said personto be trained
messed up order and sick lady
I went to Bk @ El Centro CA, 92231 on 11/18/17 approximately at 4;30p.m. The lady who took my order was sick and I could hardly hear what she was saying to us. I ordered two 3.49$ king deal, 2 10pc nuggets and I added a small drink. Everything was OK until we see her giving us our food and coughing. Her nose was running and she was barely speaking. I could not understand very well when she repeated my order. I called to the store and I wanted to speak with the manager to Make a complaint to the store and corporation for allowing employees to work in that conditions, and also they messed up one of my chesseburgers. The person in charged "Raul" refused to give me the corporation number everytime I asked for it. Also, when I was asking about the sick lady he told me he thought she "was faking" because it was saturday night and she probably wanted to go to party. I was surprised how managers can say things like that about their employees. Anyway, he did not care about MY ORDER, about the lady nor anything. I would not coming back. I hope to not get sick because irresposible managers or I will go to human resources and this will have severe consequences.
I will not recommend this place even when I love whoppers.

I pulled up to the intercom to place my order for 3 sausage, egg and cheese crossiants. The lady initially stated she was unable to provide me with my total and I had to drive to the window before knowing my total. I walked inside and the first person I see is the manager (an african American female) on her phone. I asked her my total and she still was on her phone which is highly disrespectful as a manager to a customer. She gave me attitude and continued to be on her phone and gave me back talk when I stated that it's rude to be on your phone coming from a workplace of customer service myself. I will never return to this store and I hope there's a new manager who is willing to work and not be on their phone. Lastly, the receipt was cut off in half to the point where I couldn't get the store info, just the store number which is 15488
cheeseburger and fries
I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with fries and both the burgers and the fries were ice cold in the middle. I'm worried about them not being fully cooked or still raw being that they tasted frozen. They were definitely not made fresh and seemed very rubbery. I enjoy Burger King and would like to continue to get food from there but not if it's going to be cold. This is unacceptable and tasted awful. I hope my next experience will be better.

So I asked to speak with manager and a manager by the name if carole approached me sayin im manager what the hell do u want? I explained to her what happened and I asked what her last name was she said im carole mother [censor] lewis.. We stopped at the kennebunk plaza maineduring our trip to SC and am very dissapointed. There was no one to wait on us. After a few minutes we saw 3 employees arguing about whose turn it was to take a
Break. We purposely didn't eat supper before we left home- knowing we would be stopping in kennebunk as we always do. Again- very dissapointed. Poor service to say the least -very poor management
food not received
just visited the drive-through in your store #14498 in las vegas and placed order #16.
did not get my large onion rings order. the servers got the order so fast it was just a few seconds till I got it... no wonder they make mistakes!
called the shop when I got home and found out the order is incomplete, but all they said was they'll keep my name for next time to get an order of rings...
does that sounds like a reasonable compensation for their mistake? how does that help me at all? I'm very unhappy with that store and live 2 miles from it and go there quite often.
burger king getting it wrong in avon
Ordered a Rodeo King, no Mayo, med fries and drink. Got a single bacon cheeseburger plain. Asked for my money back, haven't heard from anyone. For some reason, I just tried again today. Same order. Comes as a Rodeo this time... Only no bbq, extra mayo! Out $20 from the two meals and starving. The heck BK?!

double whooper and drinks
I ordered a double whooper with mayo, pickles and cheese a dr.pepper and fries. Double whooper with cheese all the way onion rings and a dr.pepper. I was given 2 cokes one whooper with mayo and pickles and another whooper with mayo and pickles and fries and onion rings and when I paid for my meal I wasn't given a receipt when I paid with my debit card.
"Close enough, " I'd say.
