1. I was waiting for 6 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me. Not even I will be with you in a moment or may I help you.

2. 4 pharmacists working and nobody said hello!

3. My prescription was not there and had to reorder it… but it was processed through my insurance

4. Awful customer service and I will be going to a new pharmacy as this is ridiculous!

How about you train your staff to say hello and may I help you. I will not be using shoppers drug mart for anything. Such a bad experience every time I use that pharmacy.
