Shoppers Drug Mart - Pharmacy staff

Took a prescription in. Pharmacy team changed the dr. S orders without conferring with the dr. No amended order on file.

Failed to put dr's orders on label of 2nd prescription

Did not explain the reason why they were withholding pills from a senior.

Thankfully I was a pharm tech about about 15 years ago and know what the acronyms stand for on prescriptions

Desired outcome: remove pharmacist and tech that filled this prescription. review all the issues that have occurred at this pharmacy with the mostly absent pharmacist owner.
