Tim Hortons - Service!

Very unhappy with my experience yesterday. I had a young gentleman that had me dine in the other day and ask for my id and vac's pass. I understand that's fine.
Than I got food a second time still dined in but was served by (kerry) and she asked for the same thing when I was already dined in.
I'm sorry I find this breaking confidential rights.

Desired outcome: Have a talk with her, not a slap on the wrist.
