Tim Hortons

I am a diabetic and I can't have sugar in my coffee. I asked for dark roast coffee with two milk only! But she made it double double!
On february 2 at about 9:30 pm I entered tim horton and asked to change my coffee which she made a mistake putting sugar in it.
She rudely refused to change my coffee to get me the one that I asked for!
I paid for it but I did not get what I asked for!
She never changed my coffee and I had the worst customer service experience at your team horton!
I left tim horton with sadness and she humiliated me in front of others...
I did not deserve to be treated this way...
