Tim Hortons - lack of products

I'm a nurse working night shift,
Went to Tim's by my work at 123 am,
To purchase a coffee and bagel.
I was told at the drive Thur..
"Well it's 130 am and we don't have bagels, no donuts, no soup, no sandwiches"!
Not only was staff rude, there was nothing to offer customers but coffee?
I thought Tim Hortons was 24 hrs?
