$67.50 plus $15.00 a month for a third line to get a 'good deal' on a new phone back in December 2025. I was ressured I would not be charged for internet on that 3 line for my grandchildren, as they did not need it! my monthly bill became $234.57 Also, i was on the phone for 8 hours with specialty Techs trying to resolve an issue on one of our phones . It could not make or receive calls...no service for texting or calls for about 10 days! in my frustration, I switched to another carrier and got 2 new phones, paid off that new phone from US cellular, and my monthly bill will be $124 for 2 phones with unlimited data... I have asked for some type of reimbursement but am I told since my account was closed thats impossible... LIVE & LEARN!
Recommendation: go somewhere else!
