I have never been able to drink diet sodas because of the artificial fake taste. I was so happy when you you came out with Coke Zero because it was so delicious and I could not tell the difference in it and regular coke... Why did you feel it was necessary to ruin something that was just fine... the new Coke Zero has absolutely no taste except the taste of a flat Coke it is horrible..When you pour it it barely fizzes worst mistake ever I will not be drinking your new Coke ever!

I have three cans of coke one is blown out from top to bottom still has tab on it never been open, I have one with nothing in it at all and tab still on it puncture hole on bottom, the other one has a bent bottom could not sit it down without tipping over. I have been drinking coke all my life and I am sixty five years old. I think someone should do something about the bad merchandise!

Your marketing department clearly has no respect for your customer base. Once again your company has taken a well-established product with a loyal customer base and "improved " it.

I for one bought a lifetime supply of the new product from a vending machine. Flat, too sweet, and a chemical aftertaste. I will change back to my pre-Coke Zero Diet Pepsi for as long as it takes for you to realize and admit to another stupid move.

The former New Coke events are a cornerstone case study in business schools as a marketing disaster. One would think the new generation in your marketing and R&D departments would want to avoid a repeat. But here we are.

You may attract a few new customers but you will lose other loyal ones. If you wanted to bring a new product to market, do it and have both the new and old customer bases.

And do you really think your customers are so stupid as to not realize that Coke Zero was zero calorie/sugar. Your customers aren't stupid. However, your marketing executives appear to be.

Your new Coke Zero Sugar Free tastes like chemicals. One reason I liked your Coke Zero product was that it had the taste of real coke without the taste of chemicals. It is the only soda that I drink regular because of the taste and without all the calories and sugar. Please do not take your Original Coke Zero off the market. I have also recommended the Original Coke Zero to friends and family who loved it and begin buying the product. You will lose a lot of customers if you take the Original Coke Zero off the market.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the original Coke Zero. It was, according to many, the best tasting diet soda out there. The new Zero Sugar product does taste more like Coke Classic which is NOT a good thing. It is flat and has an aftertaste compared to the original Coke Zero. Whatever the motivation behind the change, the whole argument about "one brand" strategy is bogus and the argument that adding the word "sugar" to the name helps emphasize it has no sugar is stupid. Other than that, way to go Coke company. You have lost this loyal customer.

On two separate occasions within the past month I bought individual bottles of coke. One at Wawa and one at Target. When I went to put the bottles to my mouth they had a very bad odor..kind of like a very musty odor. So bad that I couldn't drink from the bottle. I have never had an issue before, but I found it odd to have had it happen 2 times. I would like to have someone get back to me and let me know if this has happened to anyone else or if you had a problem with the plastic?

This is the second time in my life your company has done this to me. Your new "Coke Zero" product tastes like [censor]!

Chasing that all mighty buck of profit by making your formula cheaper to produce has cost you my business for the rest of my life.

I and my husband drank on average, 12 soda's per day so you can figure out if what you have done is worth it to your companies bottom line.

I drink (drank) a lot of Coke Zero. I found it to taste more like the the original drink (w/sugar) than any diet soda out there. Now they have spent all this money to give us Diet Pepsi in a Coke can. If I wanted diet Pepsi (or Coke for that matter) I would have been drinking it. Until they bring it back, I am done with Coke products. Shame on you Coke. What I believe you are going to wind up doing is dropping Coke Zero (whatever) altogether. Too bad, it was good.

Last week I purchased a 24 pack of regular coca cola at my local kroger for an office event. However, a third of the drinks tasted like seltzer water.
I have been a loyal coca cola drinker for 30 plus years, and this unfortunately, is not the first time I have had an issue with my canned beverages. A couple of years back several of the cans were half full, I never wrote in.
This time it affected other individuals, others had to do without

To say I am disappointed in your "New" improved Coke Zero is an understatement ...when are you gonna learn if it's not broke don't fix it ! When I first heard the news of the change I was wondering why you would you want to mess with what I felt was as close to perfection as you can get. I however kept an open mind cause I love this product .Well as you can see I don't like it and from what I read neither does anyone else... at least here in the U.S. as I know you market tested abroad...shake my head...guess I will be switching brands since i dont care for regular Diet coke. I'm not one to right in or complain just figured you may want to know how your consumers feel.Thank you for your time.

My wife was opening a bottle with a bottle opener on 8/21/17. I have the bottle it was in a 6 pack of 8 oz bottles. Part of the lip on the bottle broke off and cut my wife's finger. I was a little surprised. The bottle has a I.D. numbered on it of MAR2618HOEWV1 20854MI0CNY&IA5CDEP. This number is on the bottle above the label. On the bottom of the bottle is another number [protected].

I had a feeling the new coke zero sugar would be crappy and I was right! The flavor is terrible! You made a big mistake coca-cola! It tastes like really crappy, cheap basic "cola" soda. You blew it coca-cola! There is nothing good about this new soda! I am buying up as much delicious coke zero as possible so I can enjoy it's flavor for as long as possible. I can't stand diet coke, so when I can't buy anymore coke zero, I will start drinking a different brand of soda, probably diet dr. Pepper and diet a&w rootbeer.

I was having a birthday party earlier today and my whole family drinks coke so we always have plenty of it on ice when we bbq. When I opened my can it was 1/4 missing and I didn't know why. My brother had one as well that was 1/3 missing. I have never had this happen before but it is quite disturbing. Please let me know why this happened and perhaps reimburse me for my light cans. I'm sorry to say but this new coke is terrible, it's too sweet. No matter how much I try it, it's just horrible. I have been a Coke Zero drinker for years. And with this change I don't know what I'm going to drink. I have been out at every store I can trying to buy and preserve the last of the original Coke Zero. I would greatly appreciate if you could bring it back. I know I'm not the only one in this boat. The "little" changes make is horrible not better.

My husband and I have been loyal coke zero addicts for many many years! It is not uncommon for us to consume 3 cases a week. We are never without our coke zero! And as I said for, many many years! This new product you have made has turned us into pepsi drinkers! Dumb dumb move! Pepsi will profit on 12 cases of our purchases monthly! Remember the new formula regular coke years agooooo? How did that go for you? Consumers do not continue to buy a product because they are dissatisfied. You should have left perfection alone. Pepsi thanks you!

I stock up on Diet Coke whenever my local market has them on sale. At any given time I have 15-20 8 packs of Diet Coke piled up in my garage. At least the last 5-6 8 packs have been flat. I would have returned them to the store, but there is no way to know if it is flat until it is opened.

I would like some discount coupons to compensate for the bad pop.

Was there. Coke zero sugar has no flavor compared to coke zero. Reminds me of the new coke era. What a screw up. I don't want to but guess I will have to change brands.
Please rethink. The ones who changed it do they actually drink it?

I had a bad experience with the vending machines at Mohawk Rest Area at Milepost 55.9 on Interstate-8 Eastbound in Arizona yesterday.
My wife wanted a Coke, but the Coke machine did not seem to be turned on. I then went to the Powerade machine which was clearly lit up. It took my first dollar, but would not take any more. Eventually after poking buttons for awhile, it started taking more dollars. However, it now ignored the first dollar and required $3 during this second attempt. In addition, it did not give any change, so a $2.25 bottle ended up costing me $4!

I took the contact information off the rest stop sign and continued home to Tucson. When I called the number, the man who answered said I needed to call the number on the machine. If you could possibly get me this number, I would be happy to contact the vendor.
