Kindle Books review: A book purchased for my kindle device

The book came through as read and I realised I had already purchased the book and read it. The book was purchased on 11/05/2026 and I tried to return it for a refund at 08.45 hrs on 12/05/2026, Of course, the policy says returns can't be made if the book has been read - I didn't read it and I don't know why it's marked as read. I can't send a message to anyone about this and it is verifiable so should be a simple matter. I have a feeling I read the book a while ago when I was a prime member so it isn't on my contents list.
