The EDD/Money Network card launching for couple of years, I tried to give them a good marks, but it was disppointed. They are very irresponsible. I have missing 2 payments from EDD and they can use and asked you to close card and open new card, and then close you UI account in the middle of the UI award payment period and let it xyeijsijlsdjdf for 7 days till the new card can be use, the waiting time Money network did not reopen a new account to continue monitor my payment. I got $486 deposit because can not find the account, and Money network refused to handle it and admit the mistake. The worse part is EDD mentioned and check after me, the claimant seek for assistant, they said the UI cash was cashed. And I quickly file a forgery report and request EDD marked this forgery and resend a replacement. And do not understand either staff can not hearing properly or can not see probably, and they just kept on impersonate you by speaking what you said and authenticate you with your own information by oppressing attitude for many times. I had enough. Something is wrong in those office operation in personal recruitment. Everyday, those staffs only take calls and drop calls or hangup. What the world is this?
Claimed loss: time and money. Mostly the trust.
Desired outcome: I have to file a dispute/appeal to CUIAB and if they aware of my situation can take my form filing and get a hearing to retrieve back my lost due to unfriend service provide by EDD/Money Network.
