I am very disturbed and upset about this. I just make it simple. I had a complaint towards Money Network's staff and hearing and seeing ability of answering customer simple question on accounts. My EDD/UI payment missing 2 certified amount of around $486 in Feb, 2026 and told by EDD and they also mentioned already deposited to Money Network on March 01,2026. And someone has cashed it. I filed forgery to EDD of that cashed money is not me. And I never received it. Money network closed my UI/EDD card in Feb 25, 2026 and I received a new card on Mar 4, 2026. But Money network after closed the account for Money Network's reason did not reopen a new one on the Feb 26, 2026, all my UI approved money from the time gap or receiving the card was missing. They are like robot. No answer and no providing customer service skills, and the worst part is when they transferred me to the supervisor which I believe is very good at their job is kept on following what I said and pretend is me. And they are very rude and say it in a very insane way, and I never encounter such sick attitude. I do not know what to say, but my missing payment for over 60 days is neglect which EDD and labor department told the public is with 10 days only. Yes, I was not or surprised there are so many complaints toward Money Network alone on "Complaintsboard.com" already, but my main concern is only wanting the money back to pay my daily bills after all I am under UI - I am unemployed. Those staffs are very unfriendly.
Recommendation: I prefered the government stick with bank better, this money network is like given opportunity to do this routine funding for UI claimant but the fact that they brought out that they are not suitable for this, becuase they do not take care of the customer accounts and let the computer system roll it, and that is a wrongful act. This has to changed.
