Purchased a rotisserie chic, used within 1 hour of getting it home, deboned it for a salad that called for the breast meat to be sliced. As I sliced it into thick slices, I noticed the outside was not tender but very difficult to cut through, nearly needed to saw the top layer. But I got it sliced into pieces for the salad, so it was large chunks added to the salad. I take my first bite not expecting my first bite to be the tough outer edge, I didn’t really think the cutting was going to be as tough as it was to then eat. Second bite was the more tender inside, but that was so tender that there really wasn’t texture left to the chicken. As I have had the salad for a couple meals now, I am further grossed out by the possibility that Publix is now using lab grown meat for the “rotisserie chicken” that I expected to be chicken. Was this a 3d printed chicken? Can anyone confirm or deny Publix is using 3d printed or lab grown rotisserie? At any rate, I am sooo grossed out that I am done purchasing their chicken from the deli.
