Don't do business with this company. They should not retain Credit Card details and certainly not charge after I uninstalled and cancelled my subscription.

Overbilling
I filed a complaint with Enigma because not only was I overbilled, I was billed for a product that I didn't order and enrolled in automatic renewals without my permission. Although I have not received an explanation for the charges for the extra software, Here is the "sincere" apology I received from Enigma:
Just to clarify the renewal policy, when you purchased SpyHunter, you purchased a subscription which was disclosed several times before and after the purchase. If you look at the SpyHunter's purchase page (https://www.enigmasoftware.com/purchase_spyhunter.php), in the receipt of purchase (received from the email address [protected]@safecart.com), under our EULA or during the installation (in the agreement that you must agree in order to install SpyHunter), you will notice that we disclose that you are purchasing a subscription.
Therefore, I sincerely apologize for the fact that you did not understand what you were purchasing or were not able to see the terms of purchase even though it was displayed to you several times. Although, as stated above, we will refund the charges as requested.

I paid for SpyHunter and used it to remove Vlob virus. Worked fine, but now I can't even open SpyHunter. How can I get in touch with them to cancel their service before they bill me again? I have not found a way to contact them or their customer service office. Thanks!
I have been trying like crazy to obtain a copy of there terms of service so I can cancel my subscription but to no avail. Please if you can help I would appreciate it. Thanks E
I stopped using Spyhunter 6 months ago but my Card has just been charged £46 for Spyhunter Subscription... I did not authorise this and even uninstalled Spyhunter 6 months Ago...
This company made an unauthorized payment using my bank account. I bought this software a year ago and it was paid in full. I have seen that I am not the only person making these complaints.
I just had my credit card billed for $29.99 that I didn't approve.
Charged account after cancellation
I originally purchased the software in July 2009 and was charged $29.99. I cancelled my subscription February 2010. I was then charged $29.95 in July 2010. I thought it was interesting that they changed the amount, I'm sure to ensure that the charge would go through. I called1-[protected] today and talked to a person who said I would be refunded in 5-7 days and they did send a follow up email stating that my subscription had been cancelled (AGAIN). We'll see if the refund goes through. If not, I can have that charge removed through my credit union "charge back". The email to contact them if needed is Reg.Net [[protected]@reg.net]. I hope this helps someone else.

Unauthorized billing
I first found this on google and thinking it legitamate ordered a copy of the program for $29.99--but the program did not do anything useful and provided no phone number to complain to. This all occured during a period when my computer was badly virus infected (and still is) Based on other complaints on this site it apperas that this not a legitimate company. I wish to have this charge removed as soon as possible.

please reverse then $42.74 charge that was made to my credit card on 4/25/2013- this purchase was not authorized by me!
Thank you
I paid for this service June 2008 and by the end of Oct 2008 when I tried to update my files it says I need to renew my subscription. There is no contact except online via member login. But in order to login I have to first give them more money to renew my membership. I thought I was purchasing it for a year - but it has not even been 5 months.
We also experienced a lot of problems installing it. Whenever you run the program it cuts us off from the internet and I have restart the computer. I wish I knew how to uninstall it.
On 3 Jan 2009 I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card statement for U.S $29.99. Please
revoke all previous license agreements if their were any and please note that you are not authorized to
debit my Mastercard account under any circumstances. Mastercard will be conducting an investigation
into this matter payment will not be made. PLEASE REVOKE ALL PREVIOUS AGREEMENTS AND LICENSE
ARRANGEMENTS.

I'm afraid I can't help you getting a refund from that company, but if your computer still is infected, I can show you where to go to get some real help.

They'll tell you how to fix it, step by step and tell which is the best software to use, and I can guarantee most of the software they'll list for you will be free (Open Source). And it works. Better than most of the software you pay for. Not only that, their assistance in walking you through a PROPER fix is...delightfully...also free.

Requesting to istall Spy Hunter
Expired subscription problem
On May 20th I purchases Spyhunter over the internet. At the time I thought I was receiving a year subscription for $29.99. When I found out it was for 6 months, not a year, I wrote them an inquiry about this. As a result, someone there reset my subscription, and they wrote me saying so. Now after only 3 months, I can no longer update my definitions for spyhunter, even though I've paid for 6 months which the product was purchased in May, 2007. It should have been good until Nov, 2007. When I ask them to correct this I'm being shuffled between two different places, one telling me they can't help me, the other sending me a formatted email the same every time telling me the url is wrapping around something and that's why I can't download the product so they reset it and give me a couple days to download it. I've had the product downloaded since May 20th, 2007, and it was working fine until some idiot there decided to reset something, now every time I try to run spyhunter it tells me my subscription is expired. I have saved most of the emails they've sent me and if you need, I can attach them and send them to you. I don't know what else to do, I've told them all I want is the three months I paid for working again, and when they are up I'll get out of their hair.
Is there any way you can help me on this?
Thanks
Dennis
