Paying too much for insurance
I bought a 2004 Ford Explorer from a dealer and was told that I could only get fiananced through Credit Acceptance and I would need an extended care plan and it would be by Wynn's. Now I need to use them and they didn't want to cover my problem that the warrent say's it would cover unless I give them the concent to breakdown the back end of my truck to find...

I purchased a 2002 Ford Explorer, financed through Credit Acceptance Corporation and it included a Wynn's full warranty. I had problems with the vehicle making various sounds from the engine area. I took it to an authorized repair shop. They authorized "part" of the necessary repairs. Problems still existed and ultimately I took it to a different authorized shop. Wynn's claimed the first person caused the problem, even though the repairs he did were nowhere near the current problem. Wynn's required the engine be pulled from the vehicle and to locate the problem. The shop I had it at, did everything they were asked to do. On top of that, they had an authorized Ford dealer mechanic come in and inspect it as well as 2 other certified mechanics. All of the people who looked at it verified that that problem is caused from normal wear. Wynn's still would not cover it. Now I have a truck with no engine, a useless warranty, and a credit company calling me and my husband at least 20 times a day harrassing me. Not only would I never recommend Wynn's, but I would not recommend Credit Acceptance Corporation (who subsuquently bought out Wynn's warranty company just prior to my purchase).

I am pissed about Wynns Credit Acceptance. We bought a used 2002 Dodge Neon. When we bought the vehicle we were told that there was a 48, 000 or 48 month warranty on it. There have been some front end problems with the car. They got fixed but used parts got put on the car... that *** me off to no end. The worst of it is that the Transmission went out June 12, 2008, they instead of putting in a new tranny they put a piece of crap used transmission in it. Guess what? We had to pay 278.00 dollars out of our pocket because they didn't want to pay for the whole job. Wynns said they would only pay 6.8 hours when the dealership said it would take 10.8 hours. We were told from the beginning that there was only a 100.00 dollar deductible...THAT WAS A BOLD FACE LIE! Now get this! We picked up the car on June 27, 2008 and the *** transmission went out again last night July 20, 2008 not even a month later. That piece of *** service contract should have put a new transmission in the first place. Now those DUMB *** are paying again. Pretty much the price of a new tranny. They are cheap ###! I suggest to ANYONE do NOT GO THROUGH THIS SERVICE CONTRACT THEY SUCK!

4 months ago my car broke down in Maryland driving from New York to north carolina and the mechanic shop found out that the head gasket was no good and they suggested to wynns that the motor be replaced because the head bolts were not holding so wynns of course asked the mechanic to replace the heads and radiator. They did and the car broke down again after I picked it up 2 months later. I sent it back to the mechanic and they repaired it yet again and it broke down, I Sent Sent cat to a kia mechanic after asking the warranty company If they file a claim would they come out and look, they said yes but never came out to look at the car and rejected the claim after they were told by another mechanic the motor needs to be changed. Wynns told me to take it back to the original mechanic after not having my car for 4 months and losing thousands of dollars I had the car transported back to New York where 2 other mechanics said the motor needs to be changed out, I've spend money on car rentals, hotels and lost money from taking many days off of work traveling back and forth to Maryland to get a car that isn't working all because wynns warranty has failed to replace a motor that should have been replaced from the very beginning
