I made an appointment on Tuesday (5/12/2026) to have my air conditioner to be inspected due the summer months fast approaching. The appointment time was between the hours or 1-5 p.m. The agreed upon hours came and went so I telephoned the main office (about 5:50 p.m.) and asked why the technician wasn't here yet? I was informed that he may be running behind a little and was advised she would contact the tech to call and/or text his arrival time. Hunter arrived about 6:00 p.m. explaining that he was behind schedule because some jobs took "longer" than expected. Of course, apologizing, for the late arrival. Hunter immediately commenced the inspection of the heater/air condition. During the inspection of the A/C 1 pole contractor was pitted. He gave some options and I decided to replace it, with a new one. (Getting a 15% military discount). Hunter seemed very professional, dedicated, knowledgeable with a firm sense of responsibility in doing his job. The only drawback was his late arrival. He also instructed me in great detail of this new thermostat operating procedures. If possible, I'd like him to conduct all future bi-annual A/C and furnace maintenance.
Recommendation: Ensure that any and all technicians arrive between the agreed time.
