I have taken my vehicle to the Take 5 in Maumelle several times. My girlfriend and I had gone there several times in the past and had no issues. I had to get a new vehicle in November of last year and decided that they were reasonably fast and always did a good job.

This all changed when I went in for my second oil change of my new vehicle. The first time I went I have nothing but good things to say and I wish I could find the receipts in my records to brag on those guys. The second through fourth time has caused nothing but issues. I had a coolant exchange done on the second visit there and they insisted it needed to be done and that I need a cabin air filter. All good nothing big. I start the vehicle and instantly a check engine light came on. I had the code ran and it was the Mass Air Flow Sensor tripping the code. I didn't think anything about it as everyone suggested it could be a dirty sensor. The third service comes and they top up the fluids and check the fluids as needed and later my car went into limp mode because they did not properly tighten the caps and the coolant was completely empty. After I refilled my coolant and was making sure my vehicle was properly working with no damage, I saw that the Mass Air Flow Sensor was unplugged so I plugged it in. Guess what? That fixed the issue. No more check engine light. Now I went here because it is best for my work schedule.

This last most recent visit on 5/23/26 was the final straw. Jayden and Kassidy who were there both were nice but unfortunately they [censored]ed up. Jayden had moved my car while checking on it and mentioned that it was easy to move while in park. All I came in for was an oil change and made it clear that is all I wanted. They started their safety check and my vehicle starts up and I swear to God my check engine light came on, my vehicle sounds like its not going to start, and then it says service ESC. Now my vehicle had been running perfectly up until then and when I turned the vehicle on after the initial time the check engine light cleared and I decided to leave. I start a test drive and my stability sensors come on and my check engine light comes on. I get to Kroger down the road and park and go inside to let the car rest. I come out and those codes haven't come on since. Now the check engine light is off but the car starts up rough every morning. It doesn't stay rough but this is an issue that I didn't have before hand. Don't go here. They don't pay enough attention to what needs to be done. They don't know what needs to be put into your vehicle and asks you question after question without paying attention to what it says on the cap for the vehicle. Don't go here. Save your money. They will [censored] up.

Recommendation: Don't come back. Don't go there. It is not worth it
