Thumbtack review: Their lead finder

I got involved with them about three of weeks ago. The service was free to join. But they said we will work through their webpage and they'll direct potential clients our way. We just have to advertise our services . Then later a thumbtack worker said they can send potential job leads our way for a small few. Which they stated that would be in-between 30 to $50.00 but they said the way will charge you is they send potential good leads, we can review picks and choose which ones seem like a good match then we can message them with our estimate then if they respond that's where thumbtack told me is where they take their charge (which varies) but what they started doing with me is they just starting taking monies right off out of my account as soon as they sent me a lead. Even if I didn't review . Which is not what we agreed upon . So what they ultimately did . My first day signing on. They sent me 9 leads charged me for all of them. I was very overwhelmed. I tried to accommodate all nine which after everything was said and done I didn't get one job. But I wrote down all information and ran around for a couple days. When i checked the app I had more leads waiting for me. Which i had already been charged for. I sent a message to thumbtack stated I couldn't handle anymore customers. And I took the rest of the money out of my account. I wanted a week put the money back into my account. With two hours thumbtack had takin out over 150.00. I hadn't even logged into the app for over a week. I was very mad by this I had bill I needed to pay and no available funds. I stated to thumbtack I wanted my money back the I'm denied my request
