Budget Rent A Car

This is my second complaint because I haven't heard anything about the first one. My name is Jacquelyne Velcoff and I reserved a car for April 25,2023 in Little Rock Ar. When I got there I was told that they did not have the car I reserved. They went on to tell me that the only vehicles available was a van or a truck. I opted for the truck. I had already paid and reserved the car, and they charged me extra for the truck.
