Jack In The Box - Taco's with cabbage

I ordered 8 regular tacos at your
1451 De Anza blvd location and they are putting Cabbage instead of lettuce in your tacos! Also order value fries that were luke warm. Worst experience Ever at this location that I've been coming to for years now... They didn't provide a receipt but here is a copy/paste from my credit card-

Desired outcome: Money back and go back to old lettuce in tacos
