Marshalls - gin gin candies made by ginger people

I bought a bag of these ginger candies (normally love them) on 10/9/19. When I got home I tried one and they were totally stale - so stale that the hard candy was chewable and they didn't even taste like ginger.

Your website says that this complaint should be longer however I am not sure that any more words will make this more clear. I am not sure which of the many numbers on the receipt is the correct number.
