Visited olive garden on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 in Kissimmee, FL. I am not usually one to complain however this was by far the worst dinner I have ever had at olive garden. When we got seated everything went smoothly. It was quite a while before our waitress ever come around but that was ok we figured she was busy. But then we discovered that she only had 3 tables and was really not that busy. When she finally did take our order she did get that correct but everything went down hill from that. Brought our salad timely but no breadsticks. We asked her 3 times for them but she kept saying they were being cooked. She finally brought them when were done with all our other food and ready to leave. had to ask multiple times for drinks that kept saying she forgot so ate most of our food without anything to drink. Long story short she had 3 tables to tend to in our section and from what we could overhear she screwed up things at all 3 tables. Both of the other parties left before us and were not happy either. When she did finally come back to finally bring us a drink she said if your done just pay on the kiosk and turned around and left. Never seen her again.
Claimed loss: Our bill was $104.19 to be exact and I don't fell as if we got anything that was worth the money, especially our service.
Desired outcome: Really feel like either refunding the money we spent would be sufficient or either a gift card in the same amount to maybe try another trip!! But defiantly at a different location.

Olive Garden - dried fettuccine alfredo
On April 2, 2013 my husband and I had dinner at the olive garden. We weren't pleased with our meal. My husband's fettuccine alfredo was very dry and he didn't like the way it tasted and wouldn't eat it.I complained to the waiter and she brought maybe the manager on that night over to talk to me. I thought maybe the meal would have been deducted from our bill but instead she brought over extra sauce and breadsticks. I wasn't happy with that solution because husband still didn't eat the meal.
We were on vacation but always eat at the olive garden in Poughkeepsie, Albany, and Kingston, ny. This is the first time I've ever complained and I hope it's the last.
Is there anything that can be done about it. Brenda DeCicco
