After speaking with corporate customer service, as instructed, went into the 5389 Kirkman rd #101 store. They insisted that I could only activate a sim card with them and could not activate a sim with corporate. I knew this was not true as I just got off the phone with corporate. Loosing a phone is bad enough with all information lost, but to have reps blatantly lie to your face is beyond reproach. They should be ashamed at that affiliate store but I am sure the owner supports them lying as it helps his bottom line being unethical.
