Marshalls - Restrooms

The last several months, both the women and men's restrooms had a sign closed to the public. Why? Cause the staff doesn't want to clean it?

I am a senior citizen, disabled and patronize Marshall's regularly. It saddens me that their own customers can't have access to your facilities when they buy stuff from there.

Desired outcome: Open up the restrooms during business hours. If customers have to get a key from staff, so be it. But they shouldn't penalize their customers because of homeless or a few others.
