Metro by T-Mobile - the hours of operation of the store is from 10am - 7pm. i've waited outside for close to an hour waiting for the doors to open.

The establishment has not opened, it is well past 10:00a.m and a whole line of customers are impatiently waiting for a store manager or ANYONE to arrive so that we can be serviced . How can this be a successful business, when you are not here to open ? I am completely taken aback by how long i, myself as well as other people waiting to patronize this business have been waiting.
