Jack In The Box - Always close early

I have went to the jack in the box about 10 times around 1120 and they tell me it's closed! I get off late so it's one of the better places to eat. Same person seems like keeps telling me it's closed. The location closes at 12 am so why is this happening the last 10 times I have came! Quit hiring lazy people that can't do there job. It's the one on Johnson drive! Merriam ks

Desired outcome: To stay open until there designated time!!
