Cold Stone Creamery

I found a hair near the bottom of my love it sized waffle cone bowl. It is also disappointing to find there was generally on my a teaspoon sized amount of pound cake. Employees seemed annoyed at my request to add pound cake to my peanut buttercup perfection. Customer service was below par and sad to find a hair in my ice cream made it worse.

I have been to that store before, but this was the worst experience in have had there.
