Red Roof Inn

I booked a room in Muskegon heights on wed Feb 10th 2016 to come visit my son I booked this hotel for price and because it had a pool I was very disappointed when we checked in to find out the pool was not accessible. I feel we should have been offered a discounted price or something for it not being able to be used. I could have had one closer to my sons but chose this one because of the pool. I would please like a response to this complaint I did sign up for your rewards but if I can not have what is offered on your website not so sure I want it.
