This gym deserves ZERO stars! Believe every negative review on Maps! Clearly I wanted to see for myself and what a mistake. The gym is filthy and anyone who thinks it's a clean gym must have a low standard of cleanliness or not been to a really clean gym, like Batavia PF. The Total Body Enhancement was disgusting, but no problem, I clean it. What was highly upsetting was EIGHT bulbs were out, 2 shy of an entire panel. When I said something to the guy at the desk he insulted my intelligence by saying they can't change them till more go out.? Really? So maybe next time there will be only one working bulb?!?! I wasted an hour drive time on this gym. And everyone who said they all stand around talking at the front desk and can't be bothered to greet customers..100% truth! This was my first and LAST time I will ever step foot in this gym unless it is under new ownership! I read the reviews and see the problems have been ongoing for YEARS! I will drive the distance to a gym where they care about the customers.
