I love going into Marshall's in Tigard Oregon. They are NOT allowed to detain shoplifters. Load up your cart and just walk out! So easy! One employee stepped in front of a cart that was getting ready to exit the store. She pointed out the checkout desk. He ran the cart into her and continued out the door without paying. The employee was fired!

Yet, the same store checks the number of items going in the dressing room. WHY? In the end it doesn't matter. Or better yet, they all wear radios and let one another know if they spot a shoplifter. WHY?

Soon this Marshall's will be closed just like the one at Lloyd Center due to theft.
