I want to make a complaint about ur employee at your pawn shop on Mansfield. Hwy in forth worth I was trying to pawn a item and I didn't have my ID but I did have a copy of my ID on my phone and he refuse me service. Ans when. I did find a person with a ID he told them he waa not going to pawn it only because he knew the item was mine and I think it is not his concern to worry about the item.
