There is never enough counter help to service instore customers, ony one employee trying to do the drive through and inside, allowing many instore customer to leave because they are ignored! Have watched many customer come to inside counter, be ignored and finally leave because they are not acknowledged seems all effort is on the drive though window and the inside customers are neglected.
