I placed an order for delivery on the wingstop website. After two hours my order was cancelled. I waited 45 minutes (unacceptable) on the phone before hanging up and eventually I get through later in the night. I requested a refund and the manager says they can't issue refunds to try the delivery company. The delivery company can't refund me because the payment was paid directly to wingstop. I want a refund, I've wasted hours of my life at this point, this is unacceptable and according to reviews it happens often.
