Vital Records Online review: This is not a reputable company

I had started the process to obtain a birth certificate. Payed the asking of over $350. I then was able to obtain one via a family member. They had nothing to research, no tasks, no filing & no contract. They sent me a reminder email that I had paid. Nothing else was needed.

I made a request for a refund. I received a canned note and & $100. The note said they had expenses and fees with the government which was never contacted or used.

Ultimately I paid $250 for 2 emails.

Company is dishonest and this has all the characteristics of a scam.
