Terrible. Got ripped off!
Terrible company! May have been a decent company in the past. Order a $100 salifert test kit. They sent one that was extremely old and about to expire and one of the bottles was busted. I called and explained to them. They said I would have to pay for return shipping. So I boxed them back up went down to the post office. It was going to cost another $27 dollars to send them back plus wait another 2 weeks for a refund according to the gentleman I spoke with. So it was not worth paying the extra money to have them shipped and jump through all of the hoops hoping to get my money back so I just tossed the kits in the trash. Save your money and buy from BRS or Amazon. I can only imagine if I spent $500 and needed customer service or a return. You would be totally screwed. Don't say you haven't been warned.

But when I finally got my hands on the right item, I was pretty happy with it. Aquacave has a lot of cool stuff for aquarium enthusiasts like me. The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of products to choose from. I was able to find everything I needed for my tank and more. The prices are reasonable and the shipping was pretty fast. I did have a little trouble with the delivery, but that was more the fault of the shipping company than Aquacave. Overall, I would definitely recommend Aquacave to anyone looking for quality aquarium supplies. Just make sure you double check your order before you hit that buy button!
