annoying commercials
The ad that shows people in the back seat whispering: "I thought she bought a Buick" is totally annoying. Buick has been around for over 100 years and they think people are so stupid that they don't know the difference between a Buick or a Cadillac? Buick needs to come with a new idea. Really getting old. That whispering just rattles my eardrums and I have to mute the damn tv everytime. There's no reason to amplify the whispering so everyone can hear it. Please remove these damn ads!
2006 H3 LEMON
I purchased a 2006 Hummer H3 from the seller in this complaint. I paid exactly $23, 250 ALL CASH for this vehicle. He actually drove the vehicle to New Jersey from Mass. to my residence. The vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition, as it ONLY had 14K miles when I bought it only 3-month's ago. One would hardly think of "hidden" issues at that mileage. In any event, I have had repairs to the rear and front differential, as it had a leak and the front end was out of alignment. The most disturbing thing was this Seller lied to me and misrepresented the "true" or actual condition of the vehicle. Unfortunately which would surface after he left with my $23, 250 in cash! I would e-mail the seller and told him he misrepresented himself and the condition of the vehicle and how he apparently abused it. More importantly, I discovered "excessive" RUST underneath this vehicle. Because these conditions were NOT divulged to me by Mr. Johnson, I am having a hard time selling the vehicle that practically cleaned out all of my savings. He claimed this truck was garaged kept and that he did NO off road riding. This apparently is totally UNTRUE, as the car would NOT have as much RUST as it is loaded with for a 2006! So, Can you tell me what recourse, I may have as a the Buyer, besides hiring a private attorney who I can't afford, as I am on permanent disability. There must I something my I can pursue under ANY State or Federal consumer laws, especially, since the vehicle is still under Warranty by General Motors.. I should also add that I am having difficulty with a local Hummer dealer "Royal Hummer" in Florham Park, who seemed reluctant to address the many issues I am having with this Hummer! I would also appreciate if you can forward this complaint to General Motors Corporation, in Michigan, as they should know I am having difficulty with dealers wanting to HONOR, as they should, ANY warranty work! I am prepared to file every complaint I could to get restitution for this apparent lemon, I bought from a not so honest seller, that I trusted because he was a "Marine" and because he drove the vehicle to me in New Jersey, I almost felt bad NOT to buy it, as I drove this very same person to the train station. Now, I know why he was in a big hurry to leave and also WHY he drove it to me! There must be something I can do about this "expensive" and problematic vehicle. Now the new issue is, after driving a few hours, I get a burning oil smell coming in the car through the vents, also at about 70MPH their is a whistling and rattling sound on the drivers side. I will NOT be the victim of a scam. I was "coincidently" once before then victim of buying a brand new Jeep Liberty lemon in 2007, after going back and forth with corporate, since I bought from the dealer, they finally agreed to re-purchase the vehicle at the full price I paid of $21, 000, and rightfully so, the engine was no good and had to be taken apart at ONLY 2700 miles! That was a car dealer this is a private seller, So is there anything I can do without having to file a lawsuit which I can't afford on less than $1000 a month disability check. I was clearly taken advantage of by this young scammer who I believe abused this vehicle, or the manufacturer (GM)sold him a lemon that he just passed onto me! Excessive "Premature" RUST, Engine Noise, oil and gas smelling "fumes" entering the vehicle, in addition to some other things that Royal Hummer repaired after calling GM and complaining, is NOT normal!

You appear to be a scammer yourself, living on disability, yet buying sporty vehicles that cost over 20k! No one on disability needs eith a Jepp or a Hummer- those are vanity vehicles anyway. How can you justify the expensive insurance and gas costs for those vehicles at your earning level, and how do you manage to be able to spend so much money on a car? SCAMMER- what goes around comes around!
Regarding the ad with three women saying "I used to hate parallel parking. Me too!" What the heck? Why are you perpetuating the old trope that women can't drive? I have lived in Toronto for decades and have been happily parallel parking the whole time. And I'm a woman!
You're ALEXA commercials are SOOOOO ANNOYING! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE find a different message! At this point you couldn't GIVE me a Buick!
What's up with the so you commercial?
When the soccer Mom pulls into the parking lot and let's the kids out, they all run towards the front of the vehicle, then you see the rear view camera on screen showing the kids running from the car towards the rear.
So which is it? You have some really [censored]ed videographers that believe the public so stupid. Guess what, we're not so wise up...
The Buick Ad that shows a couple with a new Buick really turned me off to Buick.
The part where the guy says let’s turn on the holiday lights is terrible. We all know they are Christmas lights. If you can’t say Christmas lights then I’m not buying a new Buick.
Correct the ad ASAP.
I veronica and charles sneed will like to report fraud on a car we purchase about four weeks ago. Within in one week the car batter went out left us with out a ride. Two weeks later we notice the car was jerking the car dealer informed us to continue to drive the car, so we did. One week later the transmission went out and they wanted us to pay half the price for the transmission plus make our first payment on nov 15, 2009. We then refuse to purchase the car. About 30 min later rod (The dealer manager) called us with some good news stating the general manager agreed to pay for the total cost for the transmission. Once car is out of shop we will have car check out by a transmission specialist before the first payment is mail out to make sure they did what they stated was done. If you have any questions please call @[protected].
Thanks, sneed family
