My car was damaged by the storm and I came to CAPRICORN MUTUAL LTD as I paid them for insurance. I left my claim and after few days they told that they will not pay for the repair. I was astonished. What for I paid them money all these years?

Capricorn mutual ltd is a highly unprofessional people sitting there making decisions for you and your business, I had my automotive business for 8months now, we put a claim thru them which they apprived after our claim been assessd by an individual assessor, then after 3 and half months Capricorn mutual called me and say they changed their mind and I have to pay $780 excess.WTF
