On June 13th, 2023 Meridian Trust called my family members about my mother's house. She came down with cancer and my father recently passed away on May 24th, 2023, he was a veteran. My Mom has been late on paying HOA fees and led to a foreclosure, even though she always paid the mortgage. Meridian Trust contacted all her family members yet never once spoke...
