Am facing just the same drama with Must University and every time they say this is the last payment that makes me pay to end up the story but they will keep threat me with not releasing my documents and certificate if I did not pay for this and that and am still till today October 2014 since one year and half did not receive my documents as the are holding them for every time under a different categories of payment and it seems they are really miss me around and if I just calculate how much I have been paying it will be more than the reall cost and headech that they cause me if I just studied on my country am really fed up and don't know what to do how can I take my rights

I enrolled with Must university in 2011 to do an online PHd. At that time I was given final payment quotation which was sent to me by email. Quoted below:
This is the confirmation email in regards to the your Fee for PhD that your Fee will be as followd .
Dear *****
Normal Fee Applicable :: $10, 000 ( Monthly Payments )

If you agree to Pay your Fee in One time payment then you just need to Pay $1, 500 in one payment and that will ne your Full and Final Fee .

Full and Final Fee for your PhD :: $1, 500

MUST University

I paid in full. When everything was completed and it was time to receive my documentation I received a phone call in which I was told I needed to pay $500 as legal fees to have my documents processed. I have gone through university 3 times prior and was never required to pay for certification.
I left it there and years have passed. Quite recently (October 2019) I received 2 calls from someone claiming to be from the US embassy wanting to know what my plans are for completing or cancelling the course both of which would require money to be paid. The more expensive of them being the cancellation because I would be required to "pay back the US government the large sum of money they paid as scholarship for me".
I tried logging on to the student area of the website and that was impossible. Each time I tried I was redirected to online chat with - Jane, or Prof. J Walker- who I assume are one and the same.
Jane discontinued the chat and rang me giving shouting at me, accusing me of trying to escape payment and giving me 2 options. Either pay the same amount I paid already to legally cancel my registration as student or pay $500 to receive the documents. I was given 48hour ultimatum for payment. Now I await their call again for missing the demand deadline as I am threatened with further legal action.

South Africa Government must act fast to put this international scammers down. They claimed to be offering 75% discount fees to students from Southern Africa. Must University is not even recognised in the State of California Education Authorities. Must is an international educational scam going on right now. No South African should be deceived about this bogus university. Be warned not to part with your money. Penny wise Pound foolish.
I call on law enforcement authorities to bring this illegal university down and protect their citizens from these bogus institutions parading our cyber spaces in different parts of the world. I also call on San Diego Police Department to fully investigate this cyber crime on behalf of law abiding citizens of the world we have taken oath to serve and protect our citizens without fear or favour. In different parts of the world IRAN, INDIA, AUSTRALIA people are crying over their financial losses as a result of this scam perpetuated by MUST University.
Shame on you MUST university of Shame. Your unlawful days are numbered. Criminality has no place in any civilized society.

I cannot log in to Must University Student Area. They took my money, now I cannot even find the website anymore online!
Can I have my money back after 4 years of enrollment?

Hi i enrolled with MUST U niversity November 2014, at that time i didnt even think to check reviews about them. I went to pay for a Graduate Diploma course which i was scheduled to finish this month. A few weeks ago they got intouch with me saying i can upgrade my course and just get a Bachelors Degree i told them i wasnt interested in having another Bachelors Degree but sfter they told me they will only add few courses and i only had to top up 1000 dollars i finally agreed and i paid them. Funny enough a day after payment all my information and the courses that i had done and finished vanished its now like i never did anything. I have tried their phone numbers and they are no longer reachable. Even their online chat not available. So it means i wasted my time and money studying from November now there is no trace of my courses and grades just a page with my name and nothing.

I become suspicion about the whole establishment, thus start searching on web and it was clear to me that MUST University is a fraud institution. I asked American Express Card to request my money back from MUST University and represented my complain to AMX. AMX came back to me and said they can not find MUST University as a fraud establishment. Now that MUST University despaired from online and their web address and the phone numbers are out of drift showed that I was right and AMX were wrung and I got my money back from AMX. I hope my story can help others in the same positions.

I am realising that i have been cheated too. i SHOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THIS uNIVERSITY SOONER. mOST OF THE COMPLAINTS ARE DATING BACK FROM 2010. SO FO 5 YEARS THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN CHEATING PEOPLE AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT.

I enrolled in the online University back in 2010; then on Jan 2012, I learned this University is a scam. Their website is www.mustuniversity.com and if you look up on Google for their blog, you'll see comments and you'll noticed some comments say 'off.' They don't want people to see the negative things on them. What happened I had paid them $4499 one time and after I found them out, I tried to get my money back. I went through the BBB twice on them, went through the Attorney General but need more people to back me up where the Attorney General couldn't help, went to News station and they interviewed me, had Bureau of Post Secondary of Education do investigation on the university and said they were NOT LICENSED university, as well as, NOT ACCREDITED university. The people I spoke to lied to me about getting my refund. They have accents and when you talk to them, they sound almost the same people. They could be from India or Pakistan, wherever overseas. They claim they have their main office in San Francisco, CA but found out their office doesn't exist. They are connected with International Accreditation Organization located in Houston, TX, not sure if that exist or not. Please anyone who is already enrolled and doing their courses, step up and let law enforcement and online scam warner know of this. The more in numbers to stand up against this University, the better, they can be not operating and stealing people's money. Besides filing complaint with BBB, I also filed online with FBI and FCC or FTC. I did whatever I could to get the University but just don't have enough people to step up and take charge against this University. Alot of money is being sent to them by people who are so vulnerable, like I was, and continues to get their degree. I found out their degree certificate is fake and the seal is not real. Someone please step up so these scammers can't do this anymore! Thank you!

Decided to enter a response on this website in support of Sasha 111. Having recently checked out Andrew Shaun Dent or Dr Dent as he likes to call himself, I am shocked to see that he is claiming to hold a number of PhD's together with MSc's and BSc's together with numerous diplomas all related to the field of Occupational health, Safety, Environmental and Fire Engineering, all from scam Universities or colleges including MUST University. As a Safety professional I am ashamed to see an individual potentially putting others at risk by claiming competency in these disciplines. Mr dent you should never work in the field of safety again and I sincerely hope you will not.

I am posting this as a warning to snyone deciding to sign up to this university********

WARNING: they use aggressive false sales pitches that require you to decide on the spot whether or not you will receive a scholarship that will drop the price if the course from 14000 to 2000.
-When you ask why it is so cheap they say that Obama passed a bill giving financial aid to foreign students. ( iI cannot find any evidence of this bill anywhere)
-They then claim there are only a few openings left and that you must decide straight away.

-They might also claim that you may be able to skip a few courses due to your experience (work and age)
- rationally, which university is going to do that?
- after I had paid them I realised there was something weird about their setup.
- they needed an image of my passport and ID tonget the money which i refused to send.
- THEY HASSLED ME AT WORK AND EVEN AT 11 O'CLOCK AT NIGHT FOR IT.

Eventually i just paid them as my bank said Inhad no alternative.
I am not going to waste my time doing the course because it is worth [censored]..

Must University is neither regionally nor nationally accredited. It is a diploma mill. Even if they did give you your diploma it wouldn't matter because it would be worthless. You may be able to get away with it if an employer doesn't do the research. Unfortunately all the are selling you is false hope.

Andrew Shaun Dent is a very dubious character he gets members of his family one was his son only aged 17 at the time, that are not qualified in health and safety other than a 10 day very basic online course from stonebridge associated colleges U.K level 3 and this is passed off as an equivalent to NEBOSH, this course by the way was paid for by Mr Dent.

In his eyes this qualifies the individual to work on a high profile site such as central market project in the UAE in the capacity of health and safety officer and health and safety inspector risking lives that Mr Dent claims he is trying to save and protect how can this be? For someone who claims to be so high up in his specialized field of health and safety... a professor at that.

Mr Dent does course after course not just health and safety so as to build up his portfolio just to get the certificates such as in law and so on, then claims to be a specialist in that field all because he holds that course certificate, this is why he is so unhappy he has not got his copies certificate wise and he has complained.

So in affect he does the same as the members of his family he employs under his wing as he did at WS Atkins in Abu Dhabi UAE and got away with it.

Mr Dent has left Abu Dhabi he now has a new post in India on a new project... so god help anyone he is manager over knowing he will employ people that are not qualified to do their job, yet they are expected to keep site safety paramount.
