OGX Argan oil of Morocco dry oil mist

On 26th January 2024 I purchased the above product from Sainsbury’s Longstone. Address of the superstore:

I have normal hair with dry ends. After washing my hair, I did as suggested and sprayed a small amount on my hands then run them through my ends. Instantly I realised it was a massive mistake! My hair felt sticky and heavy and far from weightless.

I continued to dry and style my hair but as I did it got worse! I am not kidding when I say my whole head looked like I'd dipped it in oil.

It felt horrendous, heavy and looked disgusting!

Claimed loss: Â£5.00

Desired outcome: Full refund. Happy to return the product if return label is provided.
