My dauter died unexpectidly 4 years ago. She had no insurince. My wife and I had to pay all the funerl expenses out of pocket. We were able to buy a nice headstone, at what we thought was a very reasonable price, from Southern *** Monument. It was installed within a reasonable timeframe. I have no complaints and plan on using them again for my wifes and my headstone.

I got a stone for my son from Southern Ohio Monument Company. They said it would be ready soon, but it took way longer than they said. When I finally got it, the base was wrong and didn't have the poem I wanted. The poxy was done bad and looked ugly. We talked to the boss and he said he'd fix it in a week, but it's been 8 months and he won't answer our calls or fix it. I just want my son to have the stone I asked for so he can rest in peace. This company deals with people's sadness and they should be more respectful. Barbara Booth
