Disappointing Experience with The Restaurant Store: High Shipping Cost and Lack of Options
Wanted to get a small part for my restaurant, but it wasn't available in the store. So, I went to their website, therestaurantstore.com, to order it. But, I was disappointed to find out that I had to pay $18 for shipping, which was more than three times the cost of the part itself. When I asked if there were any other shipping options available, the customer service representative told me that "that's what we use." I was frustrated by this lack of options and the high shipping cost. To make matters worse, it took five whole days for the part to arrive. I was not happy with this experience and will not be buying anything from them again.
