I bought a new General Electric washing machine from a local store, Marvin's in Arab, AL three weeks ago. It has never worked. According to Marvin's, . General Electric should replace. According to General electric Marvin's should replace. When I call General Electric Consumer Relations I get a recording that says they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I have not heard back from them. The repair man that works on GE products said it needed to be replaced. I will not buy anything from Marvin's or General Electric again. I want this taken care of and soon

We purchased a new Washer dryer last December (9 months ago) model number GUD37ESMMDG . We noticed the machine was leaving nasty stains on our washing that would not come out, we then realized that the drum has rusted on the top rim (pictures attached)and would like to know what you can do to resolve this matter. Empolyee from home mark called me in January and February, telling me that i have won a bag of goodies and a vacume cleaner. they went and take R4700 from my credit card without delivering the goods. i called several times with no assistance or response from them. i want them to give me my money back that they took from my credit card
These bulbs do not last as long as they claim. I put a GE energy efficient bulb in a lamp on Dec. 23, 2010 and it went out in Oct. 2011. I expected it to last longer. I was disappointed. Great Value did not last long enough either.
They don't care about their employees either. With the new health care options available, I won't be able to afford my prescription for my chronic illness
Can't get GE customer service when I call because the automatic answering does not work. Never got service person to help me7057.
